Brooklyn Art House is built around the belief that art helps children grow in meaningful ways. Meet Miss Susan
Brooklyn Art House was founded by Susan Young, whose lifelong love of art and passion for working with children shaped the heart of the studio.
Known by families as Miss Susan, she brings warmth, creativity, patience, and thoughtful structure to each program. Her goal is to create an environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and proud of what they make.
Whether a child is attending afterschool, joining camp for a school break, exploring a new creative interest, or preparing a middle school art portfolio, Susan helps each student feel seen, encouraged, and capable.
